Carrie is responsible for attending PKSCA captain meetings, following up with application requirements, scheduling, creating and updating the team roster, and for relaying practice/racing/safety rules to the team to be sure we are following all policies. Plus, Carrie manages A Shui Life's website.

Maks is the head coach who works with the team keeping all paddlers together in sync, developing the team’s concentration, endurance and strength, and motivating the women with team spirit to increase the team’s edge. She also co-captains with Carrie, assisting with extra duties.
